How the Loyalty Rewards Program Works

- Spend: For every pound (£) you spend on treatments and services at Monaz Clinic, rewards await you.
- Earn: You’ll earn at least 1 point for every £1 spent. As you advance to higher tiers, you’ll earn points at an accelerated rate. Plus, keep an eye out for special bonus points days to boost your earnings!
- Redeem Your Points
- Redeem: Accumulate points to unlock savings on future treatments. Every 500 points you earn is worth £5.
- Reward Yourself: Use your hard-earned points to treat yourself to the services you love the most.

Silver Tier
How to Qualify: Automatically enrolled when you join the Loyalty Rewards program.
Points Earned: 1 point for every £1 spent.

How to Join the Loyalty Rewards Program
- Automatic Enrolment: Simply book a treatment at Monaz Clinic, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards program at the Silver Tier.
- Track Your Points:
- Receive regular email updates with your points balance.
- Check your points balance by contacting our reception team.
Redeeming Your Points
Minimum Redemption: Points can be redeemed once you’ve accumulated at least 500 points (equivalent to £5).
How to Redeem:
- Inform our reception team when booking or at the time of payment that you’d like to use your points.
- Points can be used toward the cost of any treatment or service.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The Loyalty Rewards program is open to all clients.
- Points are awarded on all qualifying purchases of treatments and services at Monaz Clinic.
Points Accumulation:
- Points are calculated based on the amount spent on treatments, excluding any discounts or vouchers used.
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Tier Qualification:
- Tier status is reviewed annually based on your total spend within a 24-month period.
- Once you qualify for a higher tier, you’ll enjoy the enhanced benefits for the remainder of that year and the following year.
Points Expiry:
- Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
- Unused points will expire after this period.
Redemption Restrictions:
- Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless specified.
- A maximum of £200 worth of points can be redeemed per treatment session.
Exclusions:
- Points are not earned on the purchase of gift vouchers.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift vouchers.
Program Changes:
- Monaz Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Rewards program at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
Membership Cancellation:
- You may opt out of the program at any time by contacting us.
- Monaz Clinic reserves the right to cancel your membership if misuse is detected.
