Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The referral program is open to existing clients of Monaz Clinic who have previously completed a treatment with us.
New Clients Only: The referred friend must be a new client who has not previously received treatments at Monaz Clinic.
Redemption:
- The £50 discount for both the referrer and the friend is applicable to treatments priced at £250 or more.
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift vouchers.
Multiple Referrals:
- You can refer as many friends as you like.
- Referral rewards can be accumulated and use multiple referral rewards on a single treatment
Validity:
- The referral reward is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- The friend’s discount is valid only for their first treatment.
Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.
Appointment Cancellation:
- If the referred friend’s appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled, the referral reward will not be issued.
Program Changes: Monaz Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
